Your treatment begins with a thorough double cleanse to remove impurities and prepare the skin, followed by a gentle heat applied to open the pores and soften congestion. During this time, enjoy a relaxing arm and hand massage to help you fully unwind.

Dermaplaning is then performed to exfoliate dead skin cells and remove peach fuzz, creating the perfect base for deeper treatment. Extractions are carefully carried out to clear the pores, before infusing the skin with intense hydration to restore plumpness and glow.

A soothing cool tool massage helps to calm the skin, reduce redness, and boost circulation. A nourishing face mask is then applied, paired with a sculpting gua sha massage to stimulate lymphatic drainage and enhance natural contours.

A booking fee is required to secure appointments and is deducted from your final balance.

Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of the appointment and apply to cancellations, reschedules, missed appointments, gift voucher bookings and promotional credit appointments.

No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the treatment cost and future bookings may require full payment upfront.

Deposits, appointment payments, gift vouchers and completed treatments are non-refundable.

If you have any concerns regarding your treatment, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and offer a suitable resolution where appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights.

I’ve been going to Sophie for a good few months now and she’s amazing. We’ve been exploring wedding lashes and every time I describe what I’m after, she absolutely nails it. She always makes me feel so comfortable and we have such a good natter during appointments. Her studio is lovely and cosy too. I’ve also had a dermaplaning session with her, which was super relaxing and the results were amazing. I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else! Xx
